Arti-Fol metallic Complete 12µ

Arti-Fol metallic Complete BK 328 combines the proven Arti-Fol metallic film black/red with a new and hygienically perfect cardboard holder.

Due to its special shape, Arti-Fol metallic Complete can be used individually on the left or right side or together for the entire dental arch.

One package contains 100 holders, 10 of which are hygienically sealed.

The unique combination of a high-tech metal foil (Shimstock foil 12µ) and a two-sided color coating with micro-fine ground color pigments enables clear visible marking of all occlusal contact points.

Arti-Fol metallic Complete BK 328 marks contact points precisely and clearly on occlusal surfaces made of different materials and on natural teeth.

The material enables efficient occlusal adjustments, even on occlusal splints (bruxism) in static and dynamic which can be marked consecutively with only one foil due to the two different colors.

OccluSense - Digital Occlusion

The new OccluSense system. More information: www.occlusense.com

OccluSense®  - The Future of Occlusion Control.

The OccluSense® system with its 60µm thin disposable pressure sensor, colored in red, records both static and dynamic occlusion and is being used just like traditional occlusion test material.

The advantages of the OccluSense®- System are obvious, as incorrect loadings of implant-supported superstructures can be avoided. High spots during occlusal corrections as well as incorrect loadings on the laterotrusion and mediotrusion side can be detected directly.

The patient's masticatory pressure distribution is digitally recorded in 256 pressure levels and transmitted to the OccluSense®- iPad-App via WLAN for further evaluation. The customary color transfer on the patient's occlusal surfaces facilitates the attribution of the recorded data.

This data, which can be displayed as a 2- or 3-dimensional graphic including the masticatory force distribution at up to 150 frames per second, can be stored in the patient management system of the iPad-App, retrieved or exported any time. Thus, occlusal changes can be documented before and during occlusal adjustments.

For patient education, the use of the OccluSense®-System helps to improve communication with patients and to clarify the necessity of the respective treatment by presenting the occlusion visually.

Bite Registration Material

Based on decades of experience in the manufacture of articulation and occlusion test materials, the new product Arti-Bite, a new intraoral vinyl polysiloxane bite registration material, has now been added to the product range.

In various areas of dentistry, the material is suitable for registering occlusal conditions as well as for restorative and prosthetic treatments.

In the development of Arti-Bite, Bausch focused on user-friendliness, which is achieved through the high quality of the raw materials.

Five outstanding features reflect the main advantages of Arti-Bite:

  • detailed representation of the occlusal contacts

  • short setting time of 30 seconds

  • less than 0.1% shrinkage and is dimensionally stable

  • due to the hardness of 92 Shore A, Arti-Bite is easy to rework in the dental laboratory

  • balanced viscosity to make the material easy to process

Arti-Bite is a high quality product that not only achieves precise results but also facilitates daily work.

Technical data:

  • Color: dark blue

  • Mixing ratio 1:1

  • Setting time in the mouth: 30 sec.

  • Dimensional change after 24h: ≤-0.4%
